Pre-order terms

Orders for items indicated as "Available for Pre-order" in the product description will be processed immediately, but will ship within 3-5 business days of the item arriving in our warehouse (on the "Anticipated Warehouse" date).

If for any reason these items are delayed reaching the warehouse, you will be notified immediately by email and given the option of waiting the expected additional duration or cancelling your order. Refunds will be processed immediately upon cancellation request.

Note: in most cases, the items are expected to reach the warehouse well ahead of the indicated date.

If you are pre-ordering multiple items with different warehouse dates, the order will ship when the last item becomes available. If you would prefer to receive the items individually as they become available, please place separate orders for each item. (Sorry for that inconvenience.)
